Two-days Claims Turnaround
We have consistently operated on a two-day turnaround for completed claims, which provides a better service to our clients and their participants. Participants more readily understand the payments since they follow shortly after the services are rendered. Additionally, the estimated incurred but unreported claims can be more precisely determined to estimate future funding needs. Another advantage of this quick turnaround time is that it provides a much more efficient operation with less telephone inquiries and less files and paper out in the work stream.
