Health Plan Administration
We have a variety of health plan clients for whom we provide various levels of services. We can provide full-service administration including claims processing or we can provide eligibility tracking for submission to an insurer. Our experienced claims processing staff are capable of processing medical, dental, vision, prescription, and disability claims. Our clients range in size from 100 to 9,000 employees in the government, corporate and Taft-Hartley sectors.
Our main objectives in administering health plans are to:
- assist participants in obtaining the benefits to which they are entitled, while maximizing the savings to them and the Plan,
- process and pay benefits in a timely and accurate manner, and
- provide the Plan Sponsor with comprehensive and accurate data to make informed decisions about its Plan.
